How would you rate your Flood Determination Vendor?

• Are they ALWAYS fast and friendly?

• If you misplace a flood report, do they replace it for free?

• Will they fix a typo that was YOUR fault? And replace it for free?

• Do they reimburse you for duplicates... months after the fact?

• Are they a local company?

• Do they do their own research? Do they even look at flood map?  (You may be surprised by how many flood vendors outsource their work... sometimes overseas)

If you couldn't answer YES to all of the above, then perhaps it's time for a change.
